About The Position
RingCentral is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, Billing, to join our dynamic billing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a flexible billing system as part of our Quote-to-Cash infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in working with complex systems and is adept at devising solutions to intricate challenges. You will manage integrations and take ownership of this critical area, ensuring that our billing processes are efficient and effective. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product and Billing Engineering teams to define project requirements. Your ability to translate these requirements into detailed engineering specifications will be crucial, as you will work in conjunction with development teams to ensure successful implementation. You will analyze current and future business processes, systems, and integrations, continuously assessing and improving the existing product to meet the evolving needs of our customers. In addition to your analytical skills, you will serve as the Product Owner for a SCRUM team, managing the backlog and supporting the team throughout the development process. Your expertise in billing will be invaluable as you act as a subject matter expert, providing support to Engineering and Product teams. You will also participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for billing projects before production releases, ensuring that all systems function as intended. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive technical project documentation, which is essential for the ongoing success of our billing initiatives.
