About The Position
The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for providing daily technical support, enhancements, and stable operation to SERVPRO's LAN/WAN infrastructure environment. This role supports a network of corporate users and ensures daily access to corporate systems for over 2,000 franchises nationwide. The position involves planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network hardware, software, and cloud-based infrastructure.
