About The Position
The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for providing daily technical support, enhancements, and stable operation to SERVPRO's LAN/WAN infrastructure environment. This role supports a network of over 2,000 franchises nationwide, ensuring efficient access and usage of corporate systems. Key responsibilities include planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network hardware, software, and cloud-based infrastructure.
