Senior Systems Administrator
About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Infrastructure Systems Administrator to own, operate, and continuously improve our multi-location dealership infrastructure supporting 800+ users across 7 sites. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure, stable, and high-performing hybrid environment across on-premises and cloud platforms. A Day In the Life May Include Manage and secure multi-site infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls and IPSEC VPN tunnels Administer hybrid Azure/Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory environments Own virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and HPE Nimble SAN storage Oversee Veeam backup and disaster recovery systems, including testing and documentation Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SQL environments Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (routing, VLANs, DNS, WAN) Ensure system performance, security, and uptime across all locations QualificationsRequired Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure systems administration Proven experience managing multi-site WAN environments Production firewall management experience (Fortinet strongly preferred) Experience supporting hybrid Azure and on-prem Active Directory environments Ownership-level experience with enterprise virtualization platforms Demonstrated experience with backup management and disaster recovery testing What's in it for you? Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure systems administration
- Proven experience managing multi-site WAN environments
- Production firewall management experience (Fortinet strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting hybrid Azure and on-prem Active Directory environments
- Ownership-level experience with enterprise virtualization platforms
- Demonstrated experience with backup management and disaster recovery testing
