We are seeking a Salesforce Senior System Administrator to join our team supporting OMEGA In this role, you will Supporting the Veteran’s Crisis Line under the OMEGA program. This service is critical for Veterans and requires dedication and attention to detail to ensure the best support for Salesforce Tools to be available. This role will troubleshoot issues occurring in the salesforce instances we support via Service Now tickets and Salesforce cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Salesforce and supporting customers who require advanced support.
