About The Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Senior System Administrator to join our team supporting OMEGA In this role, you will Supporting the Veteran’s Crisis Line under the OMEGA program. This service is critical for Veterans and requires dedication and attention to detail to ensure the best support for Salesforce Tools to be available. This role will troubleshoot issues occurring in the salesforce instances we support via Service Now tickets and Salesforce cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Salesforce and supporting customers who require advanced support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of hands on Salesforce Administration experience, including Tier 3 or enterprise level support
  • Proven experience supporting large scale, business critical Salesforce environments with complex users, data, and integrations
  • Advanced Salesforce Administration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (6+ years)
  • Expert level configuration of Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Approval Processes (5+ years)
  • Strong experience with Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, and Security Model design (6+ years)
  • Deep understanding of data management, including Data Loader, bulk updates, data validation, and data integrity best practices (5+ years)
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues, root cause analysis, and Tier 3 escalations (4+ years)
  • Familiarity with SOQL, reporting, dashboards, and performance optimization (4+ years)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage high priority incidents, competing deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizenship (Required)
  • This role requires you to live within the contiguous United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting 24/7 operations or mission critical environments
  • Exposure to GovCloud, Shield, or compliance driven Salesforce orgs
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Experience supporting large user bases (10,000+ users)
