You will oversee the infrastructure, address technical challenges, and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 10+ years of experience , or No degree with 15+ years of related professional experience and IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP)
  • Experience providing Sr. Linux (Red Hat/Rocky/CentOS) and LatteArt / SSP, STE/STN support.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Nice To Haves

  • Puppet, Ansible, FreeIPA, RedHat KVM, NetApp support, Support JIRA, Confluence.
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Perl, etc.)
  • Experience with Proxmox
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Providing System Administration and SSP/Security support for the program in both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems.
  • Manage daily IT system configuration and operations.
  • Assist users with IT systems access and usage.
  • Monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
  • Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers.
  • Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning.
  • Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, ensuring system integrity and performance.
