Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 10+ years of experience , or No degree with 15+ years of related professional experience and IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP)
Experience providing Sr. Linux (Red Hat/Rocky/CentOS) and LatteArt / SSP, STE/STN support.
Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Nice To Haves

Puppet, Ansible, FreeIPA, RedHat KVM, NetApp support, Support JIRA, Confluence.
Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Perl, etc.)
Experience with Proxmox
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization tools.

Responsibilities

Providing System Administration and SSP/Security support for the program in both Linux and Windows environments.
Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems.
Manage daily IT system configuration and operations.
Assist users with IT systems access and usage.
Monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers.
Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, ensuring system integrity and performance.
