If you have hands-on programming experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant systems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

Experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant programming and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
Professional demeanor and commitment to quality workmanship.
Drug-free workplace.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and service smart home systems including lighting, shades, AV, security and automation.
Perform system updates, diagnostics, and repairs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system use.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
