Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Test and debug code to ensure flawless functionality and optimize performance. Provide technical support and address user requests promptly. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
  • Hands on experience with SQL is required.
  • Experience in PowerBI, Power Automate and Power Apps is required.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory processes.
  • Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with solid editorial/proofreading skills.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and coach others.
  • Advanced knowledge of system template or report development.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Analytics and AI Automations is preferred.
