About The Position

As a Systems Engineer Senior at GDIT, you will deliver simple solutions to complex problems, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to meet the unique requirements of our clients. Your focus will be on application development, prioritizing the end user's experience while ensuring your career growth is supported. You will participate in Information Assurance (IA) system, hardware, and software design activities, leading the evaluation of requirements generation, allocation, and tracking throughout the development cycle to ensure supportability for security certification. Additionally, you will perform implementation and technology studies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years with an Associate's degree.
• Experience as a Systems Engineer on IT Platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix).
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level I certification.
• Computing Environment (CE) Certification (Microsoft OS, Cent OS/RedHat OS CE Certifications).
• Experience with Active Directory, Identity Management, SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, Active Role Servers, PAM Services, and MS Exchange.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Trusted Thin Client and enhanced VDI (e.g., remote GPU and memory scaling).

Responsibilities
