About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with deep hands-on experience across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud environments. You’ll design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure solutions that power enterprise collaboration and cloud workloads. This role is ideal for a systems expert who thrives in hybrid environments, understands modern identity and security models, and drives operational excellence through automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Cloud Administrator with multi-cloud exposure.
• Deep expertise in Azure: Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, VNets, Azure Policy, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Intune, and compliance configurations.
• Solid hands-on experience in GCP services: IAM, VPCs, Cloud SQL, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting with PowerShell, Terraform, Azure CLI, and gcloud CLI.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and hybrid connectivity (VPNs, ExpressRoute, Cloud Interconnect).
• Working knowledge of Defender for Cloud, Security Command Center, and encryption/key vault practices.
• Strong background in monitoring, logging, and operational analytics with KQL queries and alert automation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing Zero Trust frameworks across Azure and GCP.
• Familiarity with Azure Arc and Anthos for hybrid workload management.
• Certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-500, MS-102, or Professional Cloud Architect (GCP).
• Experience integrating Infrastructure as Code and policy as code into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Oversee M365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Defender.
• Implement identity management and governance via Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, and hybrid federation (ADFS/SAML).
• Manage networking configurations: VNet peering, NSGs, load balancers, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and DNS zones.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using PowerShell, Terraform, and Bicep/ARM templates.
• Implement and enforce security and compliance policies, including DLP, key management, and zero-trust configurations.
• Monitor systems health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Cloud Operations Suite.
• Manage hybrid setups using Azure Arc, Azure Stack, and Anthos for consistent governance.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, networking, and automation issues across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT, security, and DevOps teams to ensure uptime, compliance, and performance.
