About The Position
The Senior Sustainability Manager will provide strategic, tactical, and hands-on support to achieve Aspen's long-term sustainability goals, including achieving carbon neutrality by 2035. This role will focus on our climate impact and environmental portfolio, overseeing our emissions reduction strategy and be an integral part of our business and customer response teams. The position requires collaboration with key internal stakeholders on external reporting, investment and customer inquiries, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Senior Sustainability Manager will spearhead cross-functional projects to implement solutions aligned with Aspen's sustainability strategy. Strong organizational and program/project management skills are essential to optimize the performance of cross-functional teams pursuing ESG impact solutions.
