About The Position
The Senior Support Developer will be a key member of the R&D team, responsible for analyzing and programming changes in S&W Minicomputers' browser/web-based product suite. The role involves maintaining development deadlines, providing accurate estimates, and analyzing and troubleshooting product stability issues reported by clients. The developer will utilize programming skills to ensure that the delivered code meets high standards of quality and reusability, following functional and technical specifications while collaborating with Business Analysts. Close cooperation with the Quality Assurance group is essential to support the release process for changes. The developer will also communicate with both internal and external clients to ensure that changes meet requirements, actively participate in code review and knowledge sharing sessions, and assist Professional Services/Support staff as required with investigations of technical issues.
