About The Position

Lead long‑range supply planning by integrating forecasts, supplier constraints, inventory positions, and build plans to ensure adequate capacity and material readiness. Drive supplier performance and operational readiness, ensuring accurate BOMs, capacity, quality, and staffing while implementing corrective actions and long‑range improvements. Execute scenario modeling and risk assessments, shaping prioritization frameworks and trade‑off recommendations for senior leadership. Develop and optimize inventory, buffer, and lifecycle strategies to address demand shifts, product transitions, and financial exposure. Own analytics, tooling, and data quality, creating scalable dashboards, automations, and standardized processes that improve planning accuracy and execution. Influence and align cross‑functional partners (Engineering, Sourcing, NPI, Fulfillment, Finance) on supply strategies, risks, and execution plans through clear and proactive communication. Oversee end‑to-end fulfillment execution, driving on‑time delivery, cycle‑time performance, constraint mitigation, and operational excellence with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 5+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience
