We focus on solving near term opportunities while charting a roadmap for how we will navigate the product development needs to maximize business value over the next 3 - 5 years. We are actively seeking for Supply Chain Manager III for the Order Management (OM) team within Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) organization. RSC organization sources, manufactures, delivers a portfolio of robotics technology globally and supports our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. OM team is responsible for execution performance for Amazon Robotics customers. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end deployment order management, problem service resolutions, post-deployment support, internal material requisitions, delivery troubleshooting, supply gap troubleshooting and inventory health review. You work cross functionally to identify and deliver value for AR customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain, domain expert to dive deep into the supply chain processes, strong background in program management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the improvement of OM function. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, be energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, will have high judgement and comfort managing senior stakeholders. You will lead the OM projects and own on-time delivery performance for Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) customers. Your goal is to develop/deliver innovative processes to scale OM function through systems automation. You will be a thought leader on supply chain delivery excellence, good communicator, and ability to build relationships with internal customers. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting best practices.
