Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
  • 5+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
  • 5 years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate information in Senior Leadership briefings and be able to explain the “why”
  • Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Tableau
  • Project management skills and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with driving and leading the implementation of process
  • Experience working in a challenging, rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables
  • Experience with forecasting, resource planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC) or cost management systems (EPAS)
  • Ability to work across functions and represent finance effectively
  • Experience in leading either formally or informally teams and/or projects
  • Experience using verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

Responsibilities

  • Initiate assignments, and lead integration and analysis of forecast for commercial production inventory balances
  • Develop performance reports
  • Lead integration of variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
  • Make recommendations to executive leadership on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to develop, review, analyze and maintain cost and/or schedule performance baselines
  • Lead and support development of business cases using appropriate indices/trend information
  • Provide subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions
  • Lead analysis of key performance indictors to improve inventory performance
  • Partner with business stakeholders across BCA, Supply Chain, and Finance to provide insight and analytics around inventory opportunities and risks in order to maintain healthy balance sheet
  • Train, mentor, and reviews junior analysts work via peer reviews identify knowledge gaps and implement training
  • Drive inventory management and right size inventory levels across our BCA business
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to serve as a change agent
  • Lead process reviews, understand the impact of changes across the value stream, and ensure full coordination before the change is implemented
