Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience (regulated industry preferred).
• Proficiency with SAP (MM/MRP) and strong data/analytics skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation ability and supplier management experience.
• Effective communication and ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing.
• Understanding of ISO 13485, GMP, or FDA‑regulated supply chain requirements.
• APICS/ASCM or ISM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily purchasing activities, including PO creation, confirmations, and expediting.
• Lead supplier negotiations, cost‑reduction initiatives, and contract discussions.
• Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain strong alignment with Planning to meet production and inventory targets.
• Support supplier qualifications, change control activities, and engineering transitions.
• Maintain accurate material, pricing, and supplier data within SAP (MM/MRP).
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve supply issues and ensure compliance with BD quality standards.
