About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Supply Chain Analyst to work cross-functionally within our supply chain function. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for creating and managing a backlog of analytics projects, developing detailed plans for execution, and delivering high-impact insights to supply chain stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis within the supply chain domain and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making that optimizes our operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Snowflake SQL, Python and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, preferably within supply chain or logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results as an individual contributor.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, manufacturing, planning) to identify and prioritize key supply chain analytics opportunities.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations that improve supply chain performance.
• Deliver high-quality, data-driven insights using data visualization tools.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all analytics processes and outputs.
• Work closely with data teams to access and manipulate relevant data sources.
• Create and manage a backlog of analytics projects to address business questions and operational challenges within the supply chain.
• Develop detailed plans and timelines for executing analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights to key stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and impact of supply chain analytics.
• Present findings and insights to leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.
