About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Altice USA will play a crucial role in the supply chain planning organization, focusing on developing and updating complex supply and demand planning models. This position involves creating product requisitions and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for planning and procurement efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply and demand planning and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving shared objectives.

Requirements

• 5 years of supply chain modeling/planning experience
• Track record of identifying key questions; defining, performing, and coordinating analyses; and communicating findings
• Critical thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify & implement efficiencies in business processes
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams focused on Materials Planning and inventory Management projects
• Work with business partners to develop and maintain inventory escalation & resolution processes
• Daily partnership with the procurement organization to follow-up on product requisitions, delivery schedules, and inventory receipts
• Engage directly with product and technology teams across the organization to develop accurate demand and supply models
• Ability to continually update and refine models based on inputs received and changes in business plans
• Build scenario-based models to help the operations and procurement teams adapt to both challenges and opportunities in the business
• Track and measure KPIs related to materials planning, supply, vendor performance
• Help lead cross functional meeting with stakeholders to review results, compliance, and training
• Proactively identify opportunities to reduce cost and/or improve SLAs
• Strong customer service/support aptitude
