About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Supply Base Management Specialist to join our Government Training team in Hazelwood, MO. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Level 4 & Senior Level 5 Supply Base Management Specialist.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
  • 3+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices including Base Line Management, Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management
  • 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
  • Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Leads the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs.
  • Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.
  • Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs.

  • Summary pay range (Senior Level 4): $121,550.00 - $164,450.00
  • Summary pay range (Senior Level 5): $146,200.00 - $197,800.00
