The Work Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Supplier Quality Excellence is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. In this role, you will support the Supplier Quality Operations team and the Rotary business by designing and executing a holistic communications strategy, which encompasses partnering with internal IT and external vendors to document and configure the planned Sikorsky Supplier Quality software change. You will be an essential change management leader to deliver and train on the analytical tools that enable seamless collaboration between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers.

Requirements

Change Management experience related to software implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Proven time management, task prioritization, and customer service skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Understanding of supplier quality processes related to inspection and special processes
Familiarity with supplier quality requirements and regulations
Strong work ethic with a drive to continuously improve processes and efficiency

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in one or more of the following software platforms: Apriso, Solumina, P2P
Experience with business ERP systems and troubleshooting
Developed and administered training to large amounts of users
Experience with generating and coordinating mass communications to internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to continuously learn to support demands of various customers (internal and external)

Responsibilities

Own and operate change management for a critical software implementation for the Sikorsky supply base
Generate and execute a communications plan for suppliers, internal stakeholders, and third parties, which is centered around supplier quality system upgrades, changes, and training offerings
Partner closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to document Apriso development
Develop and implement tools and reports to support internal team, suppliers, and internal/external customer collaboration
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance supplier quality processes and systems
