This role involves understanding and effectively communicating production goals, leading Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts, enforcing performance against key metrics, monitoring production yields, managing failure trends, leading yield improvement activities, serving as an employer advocate, enforcing safety regulations, ensuring proper material handling, and continually reviewing and enforcing the use and maintenance of work instructions and company procedures. The supervisor will also keep detailed personnel records and provide feedback and annual performance reviews for subordinates.
