Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior hands-on aircraft electrical experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Active Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Active FAA Certified A&P license (Airframe and Powerplant).
• Minimum of 2 years supervisorial experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Boeing Wide/Narrow body, Gulfstream platform experience.
• VIP or comms upgrade experience.
• Lean or Six-Sigma Training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading an HDL team consisting of hourly electricians to complete aircraft modification projects.
• Monitor budgets and organize daily tasks to meet milestones.
• Understand IMS schedule and drive overall performance on aircraft modification projects.
• Establish and track day-to-day production requirements including budget, safety, quality, and performance.
• Interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge.
• Perform analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques.
• Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills.
• Willingness and/or ability to work outside regularly scheduled hours to meet company objectives.
