About The Position

Cetera is seeking a Senior Supervision Associate to join our CWS Supervision team. The Senior Supervision Associate will be responsible for managing various technology applications used by Supervision on a daily basis. One area of primary responsibility will be set up of Smarsh email hierarchy and access, delivering customized reporting solutions, and providing troubleshooting support to both field representatives and internal teams. This position requires strong attention to detail, field engagement, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.This is a hybrid role in our Dallas, TX office.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Financial Service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with, Salesforce, or similar compliance and reporting platforms

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review incoming inquiries to department queues
  • Upload & route account documents to the Supervision department via Docupace as needed
  • Enter and log data points on excel spreadsheets
  • Run and analyze various Excel reports using advanced formulas such as VLookUp
  • Assist Supervision principals in preparing and performing timely completion of various supervision tasks.
  • Creation and Processing of Letters of Education/Caution
  • Assist with various Supervision focused projects, as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce cases, including case setup and follow-through
  • Assist with various Supervision focused projects
