Requirements

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Located in the Greater Atlanta area or willingness to relocate.
• Background as a lead Superintendent on K12, Higher Education or Municipal projects of $100mm+.
• Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.
• Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
