Our Global Supply Chain organization is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to support the programs, proposals, and business objectives of the Digital Modernization Sector. This role will be responsible for the full life cycle (“cradle-to-grave”) subcontract management activities supporting primarily Defense Intel Information Technology (DIIT) programs which complies with contract requirements, company policies and procedures, and applicable laws and acquisition regulations. The successful candidate will lead a portfolio providing strategic leadership in Supply Chain and acting as a key interface between Leidos management and senior supplier management. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary liaison between subcontractors and the program, contractually managing agreements of various types (i.e., typically of a high dollar value, risk, and complexity). This role will require close collaboration with other functions, such as contracts, project control, finance, growth, to ensure the successful execution of the assigned portfolio. You are expected to align subcontract outcomes with program and division objectives while ensuring engagement from GSC functional teams and providing supply chain insights to portfolio leadership. To succeed, you must communicate effectively, manage time, prioritize tasks, and delegate while staying informed on details and progress to ensure successful outcomes.
