This is not a remote role, we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office. T-Mobile's Sr. Studio Manager leads communication, collaboration, and project management within T-Mobile's Creative Studio. The person for this role is someone self-motivated and forward-thinking. They should be a clear communicator, detail-oriented, and well-organized. The role's responsibilities are centered around overseeing the delivery & execution of various creative projects and include partner communication, planning/resourcing of projects, providing guidance on the creative development & development process, and submitting & tracking reviews & approvals. As a senior role, the expectation is that they can handle a larger workload and be trusted to act as a program coordinator on initiatives with many Studio asks.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years Account Management: In multiple areas of marketing communications.
  • 2+ Years Project Management: Working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related work experience or 10 years related work experience post high school.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as a leader.
  • Having a solutions-oriented mentality.
  • Advertising & Marketing Communications, Account management, and/or Project and Program Management.
  • Ability to discuss and present group projects.
  • Familiarity with workflow programs such as Workfront & communication tools like TEAMS.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines.
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from production artist to VP & do so in a way that calms chaos, inspires confidence, and provides positivity.
  • Ability to identify areas of process and operations improvement & provide solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide communications projects within T-Studios that are developed for internal employees and external customers.
  • End-to-end project management activities within T-Studios include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the partners, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects.
  • Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication.
  • Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process within the studio.
