Responsibilities: Assisting in scheduling student staff Recruiting, hire, onboard, and evaluate student staff with professional staff oversight. Assisting in outreach opportunities Lead, train, and support student staff Assist in leading student staff meetings Oversee departmental special events such as Fall staff training and Spring staff trainings and attend retreats Expectations: Act as an extension of professional staff Strong platform of campus recreation knowledge Working closely with the marketing and the creative design team Job performance may include all the duties and responsibilities of positions in lower tier levels.
