At AFRY our Structural Engineers are responsible for the structural design for new structures as well as existing structural upgrades. Our engineers design unique and challenging projects, and perform investigations to make expert recommendations to clients for various purposes. Activities include site investigations, structural engineering and drafting for both front end planning and the detailed engineering phase for multi-discipline projects. As a Senior Level Structural Engineer you will have Discipline Lead responsibilities as part of multi-discipline project teams. As the Lead Engineer you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers to develop and design the structural portion of projects, make design recommendations and decisions, and oversee the completion and quality of construction drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documentation.
