Requirements

6+ years in structural engineering consultancy
PE license and actively working towards SE license if not already obtained
B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
Strong seismic design experience
Advanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISA
A knack for leading teams and mentoring others
Excellence in both technical and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead project teams from concept through construction
Develop innovative structural solutions
Manage client relationships and project deliverables
Mentor rising engineers and foster team growth
Drive quality control and technical excellence
Shape project scope and resources
