About The Position

We pride ourselves on our dynamic and fast-growing team, currently comprising over 60 employees, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join us in our West Covina, CA office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the growth of our company. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of various structural engineering projects. You will be responsible for managing small to large projects and leading engineering teams, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary codes and standards applicable to major building projects in California. Your expertise in seismic design and familiarity with a wide range of structural materials will be essential in delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on projects involving mass timber, seismic retrofitting, parking structures, and healthcare facilities, among others.
