About The Position

TRC Worldwide Engineering is currently seeking a licensed Structural Engineer in Brentwood, TN. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the design of a wide variety of building structures utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction. Structures will be commercial office buildings, multi-story residential developments, multi-story storage buildings, public sector buildings, and senior living facilities. The role also involves overseeing construction administration activities on projects, monitoring, managing, and achieving all assigned project deadlines, and ensuring that clients are completely satisfied with all aspects of engineering services.

Requirements

• B.S. Civil Engineering; M.S degree a plus
• P.E. license
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design of multi-story buildings at structural consulting firm(s)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in design using engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RAM SS, ADAPT, and EnerCalc.
• Experience in Autocad and Revit drafting is a plus.
