If you are a Structural Engineer aiming to grow your career within buildings / vertical structural design engineering, then our Sr. Structural Engineer opportunity will provide you with a fulfilling position, having you take full ownership of our Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Life Science structural design projects.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering; M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in the state of Florida
• 7+ years of relevant structural design engineering experience (Concrete, Steel, Masonry, Wood)
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, STADD, Enercalc, SteelSmart, Simpson CFS Designer, RISA, and Revit)
• Knowledge of building codes and standards and construction practices is required
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication

Responsibilities

• Hands-on with technical design of buildings projects
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a growing team
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously including budgeting, scheduling, and client management & communication
