About The Position

As a Senior Structural Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing efficient and innovative designs for our new high-speed equipment, ensuring it is optimized for maximum output and minimal downtime. Your skills and expertise will be a valuable asset as we strive to continuously improve and grow our business. Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Sr. Structural Designer is responsible for providing development of package and display design concepts to assigned accounts, markets and/or projects. Fabricate final samples of design concepts for approval and write specifications for cost estimates and Production. Act as a resource to sales and other internal teams to enhance the ability of the company to present the concepts to the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Structural Designer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of design software and tools.
• Ability to work under general supervision and follow established procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in packaging design.
• Familiarity with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
