About The Position
As a Senior Strategy Operations Manager, you’ll be at the center of ShipBob’s most critical and high-impact initiatives. You’ll lead large-scale, zero-to-one programs, shape companywide long-range and OKR planning, and jump into high-stakes, high-ambiguity projects that need a sharp mind and steady hand. This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to ShipBob’s Senior Leadership Team and CEO. You’ll report to the VP of Strategy Operations, a key leader in a centralized team reporting directly to the CEO.
