About The Position
The Senior Strategy Leader is responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to identify and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance competitive positioning. The scope of the role includes strategic initiatives across the Defense Engines product group, including turboprop, turboshaft and turbofan applications. This position is based on-site, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects that are vital to our company's success.
