Zillow's Agent Sales organization empowers real estate professionals with the solutions and technology they need to succeed. The GTM Strategy & Operation team acts as our internal strategy house, architecting business models that deliver value to agents while building sustainable revenue for Zillow. We're seeking a dynamic Senior Strategy Business Partner reports to the Director of Sales Strategy to serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success leadership. You'll play a critical role in driving performance optimization, operational excellence, and strategic execution across our Agent solutions portfolio. As a Senior Strategy Business Partner, you'll be the strategic right-hand to segment and channel leaders, helping them exceed performance targets through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and operational support. You'll lead critical business rhythms, develop sales plays, drive operational improvements, and serve as a key liaison between CSM leadership and cross-functional partners. This role requires a consulting mindset combined with strong operational expertise. You'll need to structure ambiguous problems, translate complex data into actionable insights, and influence senior leaders through compelling analysis and strategic recommendations.
