The Senior Strategy and Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Chief of Staff and partnering with senior marketing leaders to drive strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence. This position owns key processes such as annual planning, metrics and dashboard development, leadership reporting, and executive decision support. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who excels at translating data into insights, building performance frameworks, and creating executive-level narratives that drive leadership decision-making. They must be highly organized, analytical, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in data visualization, executive presentation development, and strategic planning methodologies are essential. In this opportunity as Senior Strategy and Operations Lead , your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning & Performance Management: Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs, and ensure alignment of priorities across the marketing function. Metrics & Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that provide timely visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes. Executive Decision Support: Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and marketing optimization. Leadership Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and develop materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), leadership meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions. Prepare agendas, pre-reads and summaries of decisions and next steps. Follow up on action items and support escalation of risks. Executive-Level Narrative Development: Create clear, compelling presentations, reports, and strategic communications that translate complex data into executive-ready stories and recommendations. Operational Excellence: Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to streamline planning processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain rigorous tracking of goals and initiatives. Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives, ensuring progress, accountability, and alignment across teams.
