About The Position

As a Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager, you will operate as a hybrid strategist, operator, and analytics lead—owning the end-to-end lifecycle of key Listing Media initiatives from pilot design through scaled execution. You will leverage your strategic background, program management expertise, and analytical capabilities to: Translate strategic direction into scalable pilots, programs, and playbooks that drive measurable improvements in listing marketing performance Design, execute, and scale pilots and experiments, defining success metrics, evaluating results, and iterating to optimize performance and go-to-market approaches Own performance tracking for Listing Media initiatives, building reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide visibility into performance, key drivers, and progress against goals Synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations, applying strong business judgment to inform decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders Build compelling stories and updates of programs to update executive audiences and drive key decisions Drive high-priority, cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment, clear plans, and delivery against key milestones Orchestrate collaboration across Product, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, and Legal teams to ensure successful execution and impact This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $127,100.00 - $203,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $120,700.00 - $192,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related quantitative field
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, product operations, management consulting or related roles
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments across product, analytics, marketing, sales, and operations
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions and drive performance improvements

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations roles within technology or marketplace companies
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or ad sales
