We are looking for an amazing Senior Analyst, Strategy & Business Operations to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Business Operations is a critical contributor within the Strategy & Business Operations team. This role is responsible for managing execution across a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives, driving business operational rhythms, and supporting executive-level communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy and / or project management, preferably in hospitality, cruise, or travel industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accountability across complex workstreams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to support planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership.
  • Comfort synthesizing complex information into concise updates, dashboards, and strategic narratives.
  • Experience supporting executive-level forums, including business reviews and planning sessions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
  • Experience building and maintaining reporting tools that support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Skilled at building relationships across departments and levels, with a service-oriented mindset and proactive communication style.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader team goals and leadership expectations.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central program manager for a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are tracked, communicated, and executed effectively.
  • Monitor initiative progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for acceleration or course correction.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities, acting as a connector between strategy, analytics, finance, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials that support strategic decision-making and provide visibility to senior leadership and board audiences.
  • Support the operational rhythm including monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual planning cycles, and strategic check-ins.
  • Support preparation of strategic communications, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Continuously improve operational workflows and reporting processes to enhance clarity, accountability, and impact across the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
