About The Position

In this role, you will drive deep brand-building projects, creative campaigns, and activation strategies that resonate through culture rather than just media. You will lead with insight, shape positioning and narrative, and collaborate with creatives to transform strategy into impactful work. Your understanding of how brands earn meaning over time and capture attention in the moment will be crucial. You should be fluent in culture, sharp on business, and relentless about ideas that connect the two.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in brand, creative, or cultural strategy
  • Ability to work across many projects and clients at once
  • Strong writing and storytelling instincts
  • Curiosity about culture, from subcultures to mass movements
  • The ability to simplify complexity without flattening meaning
  • A bias for ideas that live out in the world, not just in decks

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand positioning, architecture, and narrative development across key clients
  • Translate research and business objectives into clear, provocative creative strategies
  • Partner closely with creative teams from concept through execution
  • Identify cultural insights and emerging trends that open new territory for brands
  • Guide workshops, client sessions, and presentations with clarity and conviction
  • Collaborate with freelance strategists and contribute to thought leadership for the agency
