About The Position

This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of an office [Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, or Mountain View], you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum. The Senior Strategist, Digital will be dedicated to dashboard development, reporting, and analysis for GM. This person will be focused on performance and operational metrics which are core to running the business at the overall Brand and Dealer levels.

Requirements

• Degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, MIS or similar discipline; Graduate degree a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in analytics.
• Expert SQL proficiency for querying and managing databases.
• Proficiency with Power BI for creating and managing dashboards.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics for tracking and analyzing web data.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and compellingly.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent understanding of clickstream data.
• Curiosity and creativity for researching.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Experience with Azure and Databricks for enhanced data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Working with stakeholders to understand objectives driving the requests/requirements.
• Engaging with various stakeholders to gather and comprehend the objectives behind their requests and requirements.
• Translating complex data into actionable insights that are meaningful to the business.
• Analyzing site data inputs to understand user behavior and engagement.
• Tracking mobile versus desktop usage, call-to-action (CTA) engagement, and site behaviors.
• Assessing content engagement to optimize site performance.
• Working cross-functionally with minimal guidance.
