Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or an analytical field required; Master's degree preferred
7-8 years of related financial analyst experience
Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
Proficient in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and executive communication
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with knowledge of Business Intelligence software
Ability to work with large scale ERP or G/L systems

Responsibilities

Analyze historical and projected financial and operational information to deliver actionable recommendations
Lead the monthly financial review process at the practice level
Develop proforma, financial models, and valuation analyses
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and budgeting processes
Oversee the budget process, including project planning and data integrity
Collaborate with executives and physician leaders on financial and operational issues
Prepare variance analysis for financial reviews with operational teams
