We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or Master’s in Finance is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably within a Strategic Finance or FP&A role at a high-growth company.
  • Financial Modeling: Advanced Excel skills with experience building and maintaining financial models, including 3-statement models and scenario analysis.
  • Data & Reporting: Experience working with large datasets; familiarity with PowerBI or similar BI tools is preferred.
  • Systems Experience: Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, GP) and financial planning tools.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial results within the broader business context, including market dynamics and competitive trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Operational Insight: Comfortable diving into financial statements and operational metrics to understand unit costs, key drivers, and constraints, and to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial analyses and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Agility & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to add financial insights into business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis to evaluate performance, identify key drivers, and support decision-making.
  • Own core FP&A activities, including:
  • Strategic planning support, forecasting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with clear variance analysis.
  • Oversee cost center reporting and expense management to improve visibility and control.
  • Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare executive- and Board-level reporting, delivering concise, decision-focused financial commentary.
  • Communicate insights to senior leadership, providing guidance and support across initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
