Act as the single point of contact for the Government on all task order matters, ensuring requirements are met within allocated resources while balancing cost, schedule, and technical performance. Provide day-to-day management and administration of project tasks, including developing detailed work plans and schedules for contractor staff. Assign staff responsibilities, supervise all contractor personnel efforts, and redirect available resources to complete tasks in accordance with scheduled milestones and budgetary constraints. Perform quality checks of work products and coordinate with Government oversight personnel to present interim results, discuss concerns, and ensure total product/service satisfaction. Lead transition-in and transition-out activities to achieve seamless operational continuity with minimal disruption. In addition to leadership duties, perform primary analytic responsibilities as a senior subject matter expert, applying experience to assigned tasks involving planning, analysis, modeling, and support for senior decision-making. Ensure full compliance with performance standards, including surge support management, absence backfilling, issue resolution, and reporting requirements.
