About The Position
The Agency Partnership team is a high-performing team that drives customer success by partnering with a wide range of agency partners. Strategic Agency Managers are sellers who leverage their executive influencing skills to partner with traditional media agencies and increase the value that Google media brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses in order to drive business growth and product adoption for Google. Agency Managers prioritize stakeholder relationships and collaborate with a portfolio of agencies to discover, develop, and execute business growth strategies. In this role, you will focus on influencing budget allocation to increase digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our agencies, driving scalable business growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. You will drive alignment on the allocation of the strategic resources for these agencies, to fuel your growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth to our agencies, their customers, and to Google. You will also develop the capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization to enable sustainable business growth for all parties. Your knowledge of both traditional and online media combined with your communication skills, executive influencing skills, and problem-solving abilities shapes how your agencies’ new and existing businesses grow.
