About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Advisor to help lead client engagements with fast-growing and founder-led companies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a background in management consulting or investment banking, combined with strong financial acumen and a proven track record in client-facing engagements. You will work directly with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders to help these companies navigate growth, scale operations, improve performance, and prepare for future capital events. You're just as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in the weeds of a P&L, operational issue, or strategy session. This is a client-facing, high-impact role with lots of autonomy. This role lets you build strong client relationships while enjoying a better work-life balance than traditional consulting or investment banking.
