About The Position

Autheo is building a decentralized storage platform surpassing AWS S3, Filecoin, Arweave with 200GB/s throughput, 21μs latencies, exabyte-scale capacity, 80-90% cost savings, unbreakable encryption, and GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA compliance. As a part-time Senior Storage Systems Engineer in an equity-based cofounder role, you’ll pioneer sovereign data infrastructure with $THEO token incentives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in decentralized storage/cloud for high-throughput systems.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, Prometheus/Grafana.
• Proficiency in compliance (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA) and zk-proofs.

Nice To Haves

• Background in blockchain/DePIN operations or DeFi infrastructure.
• Experience with open-source DePIN tools or multi-cloud setups.
• Contributions to IaC standards or patents in decentralized storage.

Responsibilities

• Storage Architecture
• Design object/file/table storage with 200GB/s throughput and 21μs latencies.
• Implement exabyte-scale capacity with 80-90% cost savings via $THEO incentives.
• Embed unbreakable encryption and automated GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA compliance.
• Infrastructure Deployment
• Deploy Ceph/IPFS for S3-like object storage on blockchain.
• Configure Kubernetes for 99.999% uptime and zero-downtime upgrades.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform/Ansible for global scalability.
• Monitoring & Reliability
• Implement Prometheus/Grafana for real-time monitoring with <15min MTTR.
• Build ML-powered alerting for threat detection and resource imbalances.
• Conduct chaos engineering for resilience against storage failures.
• Compliance & Security
• Integrate zk-proof provenance for data integrity.
• Design zero-trust security for DePIN storage networks.
• Collaboration & Innovation
• Collaborate with blockchain, AI/ML, and security teams for integration.
• Lead storage reviews for scalability and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to open-source storage tools.
