As a Senior Stock Plan Administrator, you'll play a critical role in the ongoing evolution of DraftKings' global equity compensation program. You'll oversee day-to-day operations and partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure our stock plan administration is seamless, compliant, and aligned with our broader business goals. From managing transactions to supporting education and communication efforts, you'll help deliver an exceptional employee experience and scale equity operations as DraftKings grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience administering stock plans, including Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs), at a publicly traded company.
  • Deep knowledge of global equity award types and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or ECA Level One certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with equity platforms and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day operations of DraftKings’ global equity compensation programs with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Support equity communications and education, helping employees understand program value and policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve case tickets in a timely, clear, and compliant manner.
  • Reconcile transactions and data, including grants, terminations, tax withholding, and share counts.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting to Payroll, Finance, People Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Process equity grants and other transactions with an understanding of related accounting, tax, and legal implications.
  • Maintain full compliance with SOX controls and internal policies.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of 100,200.00 USD - 125,200.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
