By serving as Google’s single-front for our global sales teams, Connect sales helps drive customer success, margin expansion, and seller effectiveness. We are dedicated to developing highly effective AI agents and AI tools for sellers and advertisers, enabling them to achieve their goals and succeed in the current AI-driven landscape. AI development is very critical for our platform. Ads business is incepted and managed in connect sales. User experiences we build not only help sales teams win more business for Google, but enable advertisers worldwide to succeed in their business. As a User Experience Researcher (UXR), you will help your team of UXers, product managers, and engineers understand user needs. You will work with stakeholders across functions and levels and have impact at all stages of product development. You will play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products. You will explore user behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis. Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
