The company is looking for a Technical Program Manager for the Tech Strategy & Execution (TSE) team, which is crucial to Coupang's business strategy. This role involves full ownership of project charters, delivery, and execution, focusing on product and service definition, functional design, and engineering execution lifecycle with a customer-centric approach. The TSE Technical Program Manager will work closely with global teams to define, streamline, and analyze data to build business requirements, ensuring effective communication across multiple business and engineering teams.

  • Strong functional & technical analytical & design capability to understand common & shared platforms, web, & services API with underlying data.
  • Dive deep to come up with new platform scenarios that help solve larger system problems by simplifying services & cloud platform.
  • Solid experience with platform, web services, and API technologies.
  • Own, manage, and deliver multiple large-scale, complex programs across organizations.
  • Manage implementation end-to-end from project charter, roadmap, plan, design, build, execute, deliver, and monitor performance & adoption.
  • Create, evolve, and communicate specifications for feature areas that enable cohesive, compatible, iterable scenarios.
  • Analyze data and business needs to develop scenarios and business requirements.
  • Establish and improve systems to manage product feedback from customers.
  • Review and contribute to ecosystem design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • 8 years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge or experience of agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum).
  • Minimum of 12 years of Engineering Program Management experience in managing feature teams and designing large-scale or complex technical initiatives.
  • Minimum of 5 years in platform, web design, API used by internal & external teams.
  • Flexible, agile, and fast learner.
